WWW Wednesday: September 20th 2017

WWW Wednesday is a weekly meme hosted by Taking on a World of Words.

The three W’s are:

What are you currently reading?

What did you finish reading recently?

What do you think you’ll read next?

Current Read

I have just started reading Passenger by Alexandra Bracken. This is a bit of a change for me because I usually read contemporary YA but following the incredible, emotional rollercoaster that was the Six of Crows duology, I decided to be brave and try another fantasy. Like I said, I have only just started this novel so I’m not sure what my feelings are yet, but I am definitely very intrigued. Plus, the cover is gorgeous!

Recently Finished

I had a bit of a mixed week this week. I finished Crooked Kingdom which was really good (but not as good as Six of Crows) and caused lots of tears! Then I read 13 Minutes which I didn’t enjoy.

As is becoming a theme with my WWW posts, I actually don’t know. I’m really busy this coming week (I am doing six consecutive 8:30 till 5 shifts volunteering at my uni’s fresher’s week starting on Friday…pray for me!) so I’m not sure how much reading I’m going to fit in! It does mean I’m back in the city though, which means I’m closer to some bookshops, so when I have time (not going to lie, probably not until next Thursday!), I might have a walk into town and just see what takes my fancy!

I hope you had a good reading week! Have you read any of the books I’ve mentioned and how did you enjoy them?

Happy reading!
